In placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Health
Rebooting your system by juice detoxing / juice fasting, is NOT suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers or under 18's. We will not accept orders for our detox / cleanse programmes from anyone aged 18 or less.
If you have an existing health issue or if you're on any medication, please check with your doctor or a suitably qualified medical practitioner before you start a juice fast / detox programme. Use of our products is entirely at your own risk and we recommend that anyone intending to dramatically change their diet or embark on a juice fast programme should consult their doctor in the first instance.

We cannot be held responsible for any allergies that you may have and it is your responsibility to check our ingredients if you have an allergy to any vegetables or fruit before ordering any of our products. Our juices are prepared in a kitchen that may contain nuts and by ordering from us, you confirm that you do not have a nut allergy or an allergy to any other ingredient.
It is normal to experience headaches at the start of one of our detox programmes. This is a symptom of your body being suddenly starved of caffeine and sugar. Please ensure that you drink plenty of water during your detox programme and this should help to alleviate this symptom.
Personal Taste
The juices supplied within our cleanse programmes are predominantly vegetable based, as using too much fruit will affect your blood sugar levels and will therefore have a negative impact on the detox benefits. As a result, if you have a particularly sweet tooth, the juices may not be to your taste, so we would recommend that you perhaps try one of our sample boxes before embarking on a cleanse programme as refunds will not be given if you decide you don't like the taste of the juices supplied.
Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your programme, we must be notified at least four working days in advance of delivery date. Changing the date of your programme will not incur any additional charges within this time period.
Refund policy
Due to the type of product and nature of our juice programmes (perishable goods), we cannot offer refunds unless goods are faulty or not as described on the website.
Cancellation policy
You may reschedule your programme to another start date without incurring additional charges if we are notified of such changes at least four working days prior to your start date. Cancellation can be processed up to four working days before your chosen delivery day with a full refund, less a £20 administration charge. We can allow cancellation up to 48 hours before your delivery date, however, we will retain 70% of the price paid in order to cover our costs. No refunds will be given for any cancellation that's within 48 hours of the delivery day.
Substitution of Juices
Due to some seasonal variation, failure of crops or limited supplies we are, on the odd occasion, forced to substitute or replace ingredients or even whole juices. We always substitute on a like-for-like taste and nutritional basis.
Delivery
We aim to provide free local delivery in most cases and will advise on this at the time of booking your detox programme. If the distance is such that we are unable to provide free delivery, we will notify you of any charges applicable at the time of ordering.
We will deliver your items to the address provided to us at the time of ordering. Please make sure you've made suitable arrangements to receive your delivery on the allocated date. We cannot be held responsible if no-one is at your home / workplace to sign for your delivery and no refunds will be given in the event that a parcel is consequently delivered on a later date and that the goods have perished as a result.
In the event that goods are stolen from your doorstep or specified delivery place, we do not accept liability and will only offer refunds at our discretion.
We cannot be held responsible for any change made to the delivery arrangements that you make directly with a courier as we have no control over such arrangements.
If we are unable to deliver to you, or our delivery is late owing to circumstances beyond our control (such as adverse weather conditions, strike actions, vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion or supplier failure), we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes.
Our juices are freshly made with a limited shelf life and need to be consumed within the timescales set out in our instructions to you (usually on the day of delivery or on the day after). We cannot be held responsible for goods that perish as a result of you starting a programme on a date later than specified.
Storage of juices
Please refrigerate the juices as soon as they're delivered and keep them refrigerated until consumption. We will not offer refunds for goods that have perished as a result of inappropriate storage.
